Office Administrator

We are a small but growing, well-established and friendly specialist tour operator based in Salisbury which organises holidays all over the world. We are seeking an office administrator who will:

• Manage Supplier Payments
• Administer Sales bookings
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Make travel arrangements
• Organise pre & post travel administration
• Take opportunities to expand the role within the a growing business

We require a self-motivated, confident, meticulous, numerate person with demonstrable competency of MS Office (especially Excel) who enjoys working in a small business office environment. Previous experience of the travel industry or accounting/book-keeping would be preferable but not essential.

Part-time Operations Assistant

We are a fast-growing specialist tour operator based in Salisbury, enjoying high value, low volume sales transactions and organise holidays all over the world. We require an Operations Assistant to play an active role within the company. Reporting to the Operations manager, duties will include:

• Assisting and supporting client and suppliers’ enquiries
• Maintaining client database
• Dealing with pre-departure issues
• Obtaining rates and checking hotel availability
• Booking flights, Eurostar and Eurotunnel
• Compiling rooming lists and all tour manager information
• Assisting with compilation of pre-departure documentation

The successful candidate will have office administration experience, preferably within the travel industry. They will be self-motivated, meticulous and sociable and enjoy working as part of a small team.
