The Cultural Experience wins the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award

The Cultural Experience are delighted to reveal that we have been awarded the ‘Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award’ for the first time, surpassing the Gold Trusted Service Award status we achieved for the last three years.

We strive to provide every one of our customers with exceptional customer service which is reflected in the positive feedback we continuously receive on the Feefo platform.

Feefo – who are they and what do they do?

Feefo is an independent platform providing consumers with the opportunity to communicate their experiences with companies by leaving reviews related to their transactions. Consumers rate their experiences from 1 to 5 stars, with 1 star representing a very negative experience and 5 stars representing a very positive experience. The Feefo platform is a great tool for customer engagement, allowing The Cultural Experience team to either make improvements to, or retain elements of, the way we operate on the back of the positive, or, negative customer feedback that we receive.

How do you qualify for Feefo’s Platinum Trusted Service Award?
To qualify for the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award, companies must achieve the Gold Trusted Service Award for three years in a row.
We are thrilled to have been awarded the most prestigious of Feefo accolades, the Platinum Trusted Service Award, having secured Gold status in three consecutive years.

The Cultural Experience met the criteria by collecting at least 50 reviews each year, for three years, with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5.0.
