Full Time Operations Assistant
An exciting, entry-level travel industry role working for us in Salisbury.
What will I be doing?
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Assistant will be involved in all aspects of tour operations including (but not limited to):
- Researching and contracting accommodation and transport suppliers
- Answering client queries both on the telephone and by email
- Compiling tour documentation for both clients and tour managers.
What skills and experience do I need?
Experience is not necessary as training will be provided.
As the majority of our tours operate overseas, a foreign language would be useful but not vital, however, a desire to learn and the ability to travel overseas would be a distinct advantage.
What do I get?
In return, we are offering a competitive salary of £17,000 - £18,000 per year, dependent on skills and experience.
