The guide, tour manager and driver were excellent. They cared about the participants? experience and worked to ensure that it was great. I particularly found the descriptions and battlefield tours of the airborne units to be impressive.

The tour manager made sure we stayed on track while also enjoying good French hospitality and enjoyable team dinners. The interplay between the tour guide and the tour manager was excellent and they worked well as a team.

Very useful 'notes' provided to accompany the tour and bring us up to speed on combatants and engagements. Well organised, not easy when there is a fairly large group to monitor. Excellent driver got us to places not perhaps accustomed to large coaches. The second-in-command did sterling work keeping us all happy and issuing notices in advance of such essential matters as evening meals.

The tour director was new but spoke no Italian so waiting while she negotiated entry into the various sites seemed inappropriate.

Good, but admin never as good as the tours.
The Holocaust Tour
Everything was wonderful from the hotels to the dinners. Martin was exceptional! His knowledge of the Holocaust was unbelievable. Both him and Rick went above and beyond the whole trip. The whole trip was amazing.
