We spend a full day at the remarkable Grand Egyptian Museum, now fully opened, and showcasing a startling collection of artefacts including the entire Tutankhamun collection. Visits are also made to the Egyptian Museum (EMC), the Coptic Museum, and the National Museum of Egyptian Civilisation where we enjoy a special behind-the-scenes visit. To provide context we also spend time at the Giza Pyramid complex, the most evocative ancient site in the world.
